GV II

Detached house. C17, rebuilt C18. Flemish bond brick, timber-
framing retained to rear, tiled roof, brick stacks. 2-storey, 5-
window. Planked door to left of centre in tiled rustic porch,
either side is 2-light casement, steel casement to right. First
floor has five 2-light casements; two are steel. Right return is
in Flemish garden wall bond. Rear has planked doors to left,
central tiled-hung extension with double hipped roof, to right is
timber-framed wall with 2-light casements.
Interior has planked doors and chamfered beams.
