5/65 Oakham Farmhouse

GV II

Farmhouse. Late C18 with C20 alterations. Squared coursed limestone with plinth,
quoins and storey band. Stone-slate roof with stone ridge and end stacks.
L-shaped plan. 2 storeys plus attic; 3-window range of C20 casements, originally
with quoined surrounds. C18 part-glazed panelled door with chamfered surround
and hood to centre. C20 plank door to rear with moulded stone surround and
carved arms above. Outbuilding range to right of house, converted C20, and with
sash windows to front, now forms part of accommodation. Interior not inspected.
