Semi-detached cottage. C17 (VCH). Timber framed with brick infill; front rebuilt
in brick. Old tile roof; brick and rendered stack. 2-unit plan, with gable to
road. One storey and attic, one-window range. C20 half-glazed door and trellis
porch. C19 casements throughout, some with glazing bars. Ground floor openings
brave segmental brick arches. Right return side and rear have exposed framing and
jowled posts. Interior; Broad-chartered ceiling beams. Said to have blocked open
fireplace. Included for group value.
