Two houses. Early/mid C19. Irregular Flemish-bond brick, stone
stepped voussoirs and cills, pantile roof with brick ridge
stack to party wall. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; No.7 is
2-window range, No.8 one-window range. No.7 has 3/6-pane sash
windows to the second floor, full-height tripartite sash
windows, a full-width balcony with an elaborate palmette
cast-iron rail to the first floor; the ground floor has an
8/8-pane sash window with a door of 6 reeded panels to the
left. No.8 to the right has 2/2-pane sashes to the upper
floors, the ground floor has a horned 6/2-pane sash with a C20
six-panel door to right. INTERIORS not inspected.
