Town house. Early C19. Incised stucco on studwork to upper
floors, on rubble to ground floor; bitumen-grouted rag slate
roof with brick end stacks; cast-iron ogee gutter. L-shaped
plan incuding wing at rear left. 3 storeys; symmetrical
3-window front. Original 16-pane hornless sashes to ground
floor, later 12-pane horned sashes to upper floors within
moulded wooden architraves including blind window over central
pilastered doorway with moulded hood cornice. INTERIOR: not
inspected but likely to be of interest.
