Town house, now building society. Mid C19. Stucco on masonry;
dry Delabole slate roof, hipped on the left; modillioned eaves
cornice; shared stucco stack on the right, cast-iron ogee
gutter. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Original
hornless sashes with glazing to upper floors. Square 2nd-floor
sashes with eared architraves; tall 1st-floor sashes with
pilasters, consoles and triangular pediments; both floors with
sill strings on brackets. Ground floor remodelled C20 with 2
narrow doorways flanking a large glazed opening. INTERIOR not
inspected.
