Uploader's Comments

PEARTREE COTTAGE is now the oldest house in Felpham village. It is Late Medieval, 1490-1510, pre-transitional timber frame four-bay house with existing smoke-bay, first bay open hall workshop and timber frame outshot.
The facade is Georgian and attached to the end of the forth bay is a Victorian galetted flint extension with later 1970's additions
