Cottage. Dated 1754. Coursed pebble with painted brick quoins and dressings.
Painted brick cornice and parapet to slate roof with central brick stack. Two
storeys; slightly irregular 3 window front, the central first floor window blocked.
Glazing bar sashes, on ground-floor with segment-heads and raised keys. Panelled door
with glazed top-lights and flat hood on brackets over. Keystone over door, marked:
