Late Cl8, 1 storey, octagonal with pyramidal roof. Sash windows with glazing
bars, sortie blank panels, painted as windows. Brick with tufa rusticated quoins.
Ornamental tablet aboveentrance, probably of "coade" stone, with inscription
and date 1794. The grounds of St Ann's House formerly included this area.
