Former hall house. Early C16 remodelled to right in C19. Timber-framed,
underbuilt in red and blue brick in chequerwork pattern. Square-panel
frame of thin scantling above with whitewashed brick infilling and
steeply pitched plain tiled roof with hip and gablet to left end. Two
storeys, four framed bays. Inserted multiple ridge stack with corbelled
top. Three casement windows across both floors. C20 ribbed door in
stone and brick gabled porch to centre. Right hand return front:
shingled with cusped bargeboards to roof. Projecting four light first
floor casement window. C20 brick wing at right angles to rear with two
gabled dormers.

Interior: Crown post and windbraced roof with some wattle and daub
infilling.
