Garden wall and gate piers. 1903 in Jacobean style. Red brick with the brick
diaper patterning. Moulded brick plinth, stone coping. Pair of gate piers
in south wall similarly decorated, carry stone urns. Wall articulated by brick
piers, formerly all carrying urns, only one survives. North east pier adorned
with a vase. At inner north west angle, raised platform surmounted by pierced
stone parapet on outer (main) wall, and reached by steps from garden. Included
for group value.
