Fannhouse. C16 main range, C17 cross wing to right hand side; late C19 facade. L shape plan. Timber framed with red brick facade the remainder plastered; roof of modern concrete pantiles. 2 storeys with attic to cross wing. Older part with 3 windows, mainly C20 large pane casements, segmental arches; lobby entrance with 2 storey brick porch with crowstepped gable, 4-centre arched boarded and battened door; internal stack. The cross wing is set forward slightly and has a crowstepped gable and a gable end stack to the rear. Interior with exposed timbering, mainly on first floor, with some original doors and original attic stairs; one moulded ground floor beam; queen post and roof to main range. An adjacent outbuilding with similar crowstepping is dated 1899.
