Milestone 10 metres south west of Craig House

(Formerly listed as Milestone 10 metres south west of Yoxholme)

Milestone. Early C19. Wedge shape in section, with the outer inscribed face
curved; about one metre in height. Inscribed 'FROM LONDON 93 miles to
HEVENINGHAM HALL 5'. 2 lead-filled cavities may indicate that the stone was
also used as a tethering post for horses.
