House. Late C16/early C17, the earliest part probably to the south. Timber framed and plastered, thatched roof. Single storey and attic to north, two storeys to south. One window range to each section, mid C20 small pane casements; doorway with thatched gabled porch and modern boarded door; one eyebrow dormer; gable end stacks. Mid C20 single storey extension to rear. The wall posts supporting the main first floor beam in the older part of the house have moulded heads with scalloping across the face (cf. Fordley Hall, Middleton)
