6/87 Pine Tree Cottage

House. Probably late C16; brick facade dated 'EL.Hl8l0'to left
hand side of left hand ground floor window. Timber framed, red
brick casing to facade and gable ends, plastered to rear; roof of
black pantiles. 2 storeys and attic. 3 window range, 2-light
and 3-light casements, segmental arches; asymmetrical doorway
with C20 boarded door and open wrought iron porch in Regency
style. Scalloped bargeboards to gable ends; internal and gable
end stacks. Interior with some exposed timbering, 2 newel
staircases, some original internal doors; good clasped purlin
roof with curved wind bracing.
