A pair of estate cottages, c.1830, in the Gothic style. 2 storey wings flanking
1½ storey centre section. Gault brick walls, slated roofs; gabled dormers.
Ground floorbay windows have wrought iron casements, hipped stone roofs and
surrounds with chamfered angles. First floor casements have stone surrounds
and labelled heads. Gabled open front entrance porch with slated roof; boarded
door.
