2/147 Barn, 10m south-west of
- Shrubbery Farmhouse

Barn, c.1600. 3 bays. Timber-framed and weather-boarded. Thatched roof
(collapsed and partially removed at date of survey). Good timber framed
walling with middle rail and tension-bracing at gables. Moulded brackets
beneath projecting wall-plate ends at gables, indicating that the barn was
probably erected with the parlour block of Shrubbery Farmhouse, which has the
same motif. C19 and C20 pantiled extensions to north and west sides.
