Late C18. Formerly 2 cottages and barn. Hammer dressed stone. Quoins. Pitched
stone roof. Ashlar gable stack with water tabling. Moulded footstones to west (barn
roof bitumen covered). 2 storeys (ground floor back to earth). South elevation:
No 1: Ground floor: doorway with large lintel, stone surround and tie-stones; one
5-light stone mullioned window (recessed mullions and flush King mullion). First
floor: one 2-light stone mullioned window; one 3-light stone mullioned window. No. 2:
Ground floor: one 2-light stone mullioned window. First floor: one 3-light stone
mullioned window. Extension to north with catslide roof. Barn: large dorway with
segmental arched head, stone surrounds and tie-stones.
