Large deep red brick Victorian warehouse with pedimented end to west,
of 3 storeys. But adjoining it to the east and part of the same premises
a house which is contemporary with God's Providence and No 13, continuing
their old tiled roof. The front however has been refaced in the early C19
with purple grey headers with red brick dressings. Slightly heavier
contemporary wood eaves cornice with Nos 12 and 13 thin block cornice
added below at time of refacing, and band between storeys. 2 windows,
sash, glazing bars, moulded flush wood frames, thin wood block sills,
flat red brick arches. Ground floor mid C19 shop front, window of 5 lights,
partly boarded up with thin colonettes curved corners to heads of
panes. Doric pilasters frieze and shallow projecting cornice. Recessed
plain wood door to west has list its doorcase, segmental grey header
arch over.

Nos 12 to 14 (consec) form a group
