Part of the Warwick Arms Hotel.
C18 2 storey plus attic 3 window red brick facade. Painted stone dressings
including stone string band at first floor level. Sashes in cased frames
with keyblocks. Rusticated quoins to right hand side opposite those of
No 23. Probably later pedimented doorcase on left hand side. Old tiles,
sash box dormer, cornice. Said to contain C18 panelled room.

All the listed buiidings in High Street (South Side) form a group.
