approx. 10m. W of house

GV II

Stable block and attached outbuilding, possibly former kitchen/bakehouse. C17,
with possible earlier origins. Squared coursed banded lias with plain-tile roof
and lias and brick end stack, the flues now truncated. L-shaped plan with
cobbled through-passage. 2-storey, 3-window range of 3-light mullioned windows
and casements, irregularly disposed. Archway with C19 brick pointed head to
centre, with Tudor-arched doorway to right. Original plank door. C17 doorway
with elliptical-arched head, moulded surround and hood mould with labels, to
left facade. Interior: very large offset stack in room to right of passageway.
Large heavily-chamfered spine beams.
