House, now 2 cottages. C15 origins, with C17 additions. Coursed lias,
whitewashed brick and timber framed first floor sides. Cruck-framed central
range. C20-tile roof with C20 brick ridge and internal stacks. U-shaped plan.
One storey plus attic; 5-window range of C19 three-light casements and C20
casements with wood lintels. One C19 gabled dormer to front. C20 door to No.24
in left side, with further C20 door to No.24 to rear. Interior: that part of
central range in No.26 has 2 pairs of full crucks with saddles on stone plinth.
C16 spine beam, and large open fireplace. Roof with braces. Some framed
partitioning.
