SOUTHAM COVENTRY STREET SP4162 (East side) 12/62 The Woodlands

GV II

Cottage. C18. Timber framed. perhaps faced with brick to front. Rendered front and gable end. C20-tile roof with brick internal and end stacks. 3-unit plan. One storey plus attic; 3-window range of C19 sash and C19 and C20 two-light casements. 4-panelled door to centre-left with C19 plank door to centre-right. Gabled dormer to centre with C20 dormer to right. C19 canted bay and further 2-light casement to left gable end. C19 outbuilding extension to right. Timber-framing with brick infill complete to rear. Interior: chamfered beam. C18 panelling to ground floor, probably re-used. Included for group value.
