GV II

House. Early C19. Brick in Flemish bond with rendered plinth and dentilled eaves
cornice. Slate roof with brick ridge and end stacks. L-shaped plan. 2-storey,
4-window range of 12-pane sashes to first floor and 16-pane sashes to ground
floor. Windows have gauged brick flat arches except those to first floor left,
centre-right and right which break into eaves cornice. 6-panelled door with
pilaster surround and pediment. Range to rear has further sashes to ground floor
and 3-light casements to first floor. Interior not inspected but likely to be of
interest.
