GV II

House. Early C19. Brick in Flemish bond with pilaster corners and stone cornice,
stone storey band and nogged brick eaves cornice. C20-tile hipped roof with
brick ridge stacks. Central-staircase plan. 3-storey, 3-window range of 12-pane
sashes to first floor and 6-pane sashes to second floor with brick flat arches.
Canted bays to ground floor. 6-panelled door with decorative fanlight within
pilaster surround with open pediment. Gothick casements in right gable end.
Interior not inspected but likely to be of interest.
