Mid to late C19. Set back from the street line of Nos 28 and 29. 3 storeys.
Ashlar, pantiled roof. Projecting eaves and gable-end to left supported
on moulded brackets. 2 windows with plain architrave surrounds. Sashes,
glazing bars missing. All windows have wrought-iron decorative balconettes.
Large shop-window with plain projecting fascia over and sub-divided glazing.
1/2 glazed door to left. Included for group value.

Nos 27 to 29 (consec) form a group with No 2 Kingston Road, The Kings
Arms Hotel and Nos 2, 5 and 6 Coppice Hill and all the listed buildings
in the Shambles.
