Before 1840 (VCH). 2 storey local rubblework with ashlar quoins and dressings.
Wide eaves to shallow hipped slate roof. Brick off ridge chimney. Plain string
over ground floor. 4+1 windows, end bay to right slightly set back, glazing
bar sash windows with keystones. 3 wider window on ground floor. No 87 has
later large angled bay of 5 lights. Both have early glazed doors with marginal
glazing and reeded lower panels, No 85 with tented trellis porch. No 87 has
later gabled porch. Greenhouse to right hand window of No 87.
