Formerly 2 cottages now a studio. Early C19, converted late C20. Coursed limestone
rubble; clay tile roof coped verges on kneelers; central coursed rubble ridge stack.
2 storeys; asymmetrical fenestration; 1 ground floor window to right with straight
dripstone; 2 first floor windows to right; C20 first floor window to gable end, all
windows are casements; board doors to left and right. Included for group value.
