House, part of a range of three dwellings. Early C19. Coursed and squared limestone rubble with ashlar dressings; clay tile roof with coped verges on kneelers; rough faced ashlar end stack to right. Two storeys, two windows, 16 pane glazing bar sashes; six panelled door to left with moulded architrave and hood, and oblong fanlight; moulded eaves course. Forms a group with Sunnyside (q.v.) and Riverdales and The Hermitage (q.v.).
