Circa 1840. Red brick pair of cottages; one storey plus attic; 5 gabled dormers
breaking above eaves. Catnip Cottage has blocked doorway with inserted window
and doorway in modern wing at rear. Ivy Cottage has a Georgian style wood
pilaster doorcase with pediment. Plain over-hanging eaves; slates.
