Early C19, three storey, brick, painted. Pantiled roof, eaves cornice, two front pilasters, three flush frame sash windows at first floor now with centre glazing bars only. Wood shop fronts.

Nos 20 to 26 (even) and Nos 30 to 34 (even) form a group with No 1 Park Lane.
