Farmhouse. Mid C19, Coursed and squared and random laid lias rubble, Ham stone dressings, coped verges, large ashlar
stacks, on projecting chimney-breasts to returns, banded plain and fishscale tile roof, Tudor style. Single storey and
attic, 3 bays, windows to first floor in gabled half-dormers, each gable face with a stone plaque, outer gables with
inter-locking initials "J.W.", central gable with achievement, 3 and 4-light wooden-mullioned windows with iron
casements. Door opening between second and third bays, arch head, ribbed door. Wing in conforming style at right-angles
to rear. Lias walling to the forecourt with Ham stone capping.
