C18. Three storeys in coursed rubble with Welsh slate roof. Good plinth. Five windows to first and second floors, moulded architraves, casements to top floor, glazing bars. Ground floor, original central entrance walled up and window inserted. Stone doorcase remains, pilasters and plain entablature. Left of this is carriage entrance with pilasters and entablature, one window beyond.
All the listed buildings on the east side of North Street form a group.
