Originally part of one house with No 10. Under same roof, and right of centre has a bay similar to that on No 10 with date stone in gable:- A.H., B.H., MDCXLI. Three storeys, in stone with stone slate roof. Three finials, as to No 10. Dormer to left, built down to eaves, One three-light mullioned window over similar. Five-light bay has mullions. Plain low doorway off centre to the left.

All the listed buildings on the east side of North Street form a group.
