GV II

House, early C19. Rubble except for coursed stone front, tooled-and-margined
quoins and dressings; graduated Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays,
symmetrical. Central 6-panel door with plain overlight, 16-pane sash windows;
all openings in alternating-block surrounds. Coped gables with end stacks. To
right, short wall links to gabled privy/pigeoncote, with boarded door; to rear
boarded privy door and loft door with pigeon holes and alighting bands to left.
To left, short wall with doorway links to coach house (q.v.).
