Probably a former tithe barn incorporating ground-floor byre; now house.
Early-mid C18 with C19 alterations, possibly incorporating earlier masonry;
converted into a house c.1960. Squared rubble and dressings; graduated stone-
flagged roof; stone chimneys. 3 storeys, 3 bays. Tooled quoins. Entrance
front: 3 segmental arches with roughly-squared voussoirs on square-plan piers;
renewed casements and door inserted into partly-infilled archways; external
stone stair at left leads to first-floor boarded door under segmental relieving
arch; 2 rows of breathers above. Steeply-pitched roof has raised verges with
reverse-stepped gables. Corniced right end stack; rebuilt left end stack.
3 casements in C20 openings set high in right return. Breathers and C20 oriel
(in front of doorway with alternating jambs) on left return. First-floor
loading bay on rear. Included for group value.
