Cottage. C19. Brick with pantile roof. Dentillated eaves,
single gable stack. 2 storeys, single bay, with single storey
lean-to at rear. Main south front has to right, door with
segmental head and to left, a casement with pointed head and Y
tracery. Above, single similar casement. East gable has single
similar casement. Rear elevation has to left, plank door, and to
right, a Yorkshire sash, both with segmental heads. Above,
single Yorkshire sash and a glazing bar fixed light.
