Terrace house, now flats. 1798-1801. White stock brick, rendered on
ground floor, with slate roof. Four storeys and basement with cornice
to 3rd floor, and parapet and cornice to roof with stack to rear. Two
sashes with moulded surrounds on 3rd floor. Two full-height sashes
on 2nd floor with moulded surrounds and small cast iron balconies on
moulded consoles, with cornices and blind hoods. Two full height
sashes on 1st floor with moulded surrounds and 2 bay elliptically
arcaded verandah with doubled turned piers and simple balustrade.
Tripartite sash on ground floor with moulded hood box. Door of 6 raised
and fielded panels to right with semi-circular fanlight in moulded
surround with cornice at head of flight of 5 steps. Sash and half-
glazed door to basement. Spear head rails with urn finial principals.
