Terrace house, now flats. 1798-1801. White stock brick and slate roof. Four
storeys and basement with parapet to roof with stack to rear. Three
sashes with gauged heads on 2nd floor and 3rd floors, and 2 sashes with
central double French doors on 1st floor, with glazed verandah with
wooden balustrade. Two sashes on ground floor with painted heads and
half-glazed panelled door to right with semi-circular fanlight in
moulded surround with hood box at head of flight of 6 steps. Two
sashes with vertical glazing bars and half-glazed outer door to
basement. Plain rails with acorn finial principals.
