Shown on O.S. map as King's Street.
Cottage. Probably C16/C17 with later alterations. Regular coursed ironstone
rubble. C20 tile roof. 2-unit plan. Single storey plus attic. Brick stack to
left, stone stack to right. Three c20 windows to ground floor. Two C20 attic
dormers. Entrance to right end. 3-light stone mullioned window with one blocked
light to attic has fragmentary remains of hood mould and label stops.
Rectangular blocked stone windows above. Interior: c20, Previously a row of 3
cottages joined Wheatlands to the east and now from the garage range.
