House, formerly part of an inn. Late C18. Limestone ashlar and rubble;
plain-tile roof with brick gable stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys plus attics.
Regular 3-window ashlar front has tripartite sashes flanking a 4-panel door with
ornamental overlight below a canopy; first floor has 12-pane sashes except the
central window which has a casement. All have flat arches. Roof has 2 gabled
roof dormers. Rear has casements. Interior not inspected. Probably originally
linked to Riversdale (not included) which projects from right of range.
