(Houses and Offices). One building. Early C19. 3-storeyed ashlar with
basements, area railings, moulded cornice and balustraded parapet, The North
side is of red brick and the South side is stuccoed. The lst floor has 9
sash windows in moulded stone frames and an iron balcony; in the 2nd floor
the 9 sashes are in plain frames having a band below them. The rusticated
ground floor has sash windows with semi-circular heads and the doorways have
semi-circular fanlights. Slate mansard roof with pierced parapet. Interior:
Early C19 staircases and fireplaces.
