Early C19. Rendered brick. 4 storeys, basement and attic, the attic added
later. The block is 8 windows wide with a door at either end. 6-panel doors
with fanlights over. Ground floor windows round headed sashes, plain sashes
above, all with glazing bars. Cast-iron balcony along 1st floor. Band at
2nd floor level, cornice at 3rd floor level. Slate mansard roof with sash
dormers. Cast-iron area railings with lotus finials.

Nos 31 to 46 (consec) and Nos 49 to 56 (consec) form a group.
