House. Late Cl8 4-storeyed ashlar front with rusticated ground floor and
cellars. There are bands at the 2nd and 3rd floors and a moulded eaves cornice.
The ground floor has a 3-light sash window with a segmental head in a stone
frame. There are 2 keystoned sash windows in plain reveals in each floor
and a good iron balcony in the lst floor. Glazing barn. 6-panel door with
fanlight over.

All the listed buildings on the Soutb Side form a group.
