House. Late Cl8 Ashlar with stucco ground floor. 3-storeyed with cellars,
bands at each floor and a parapet. The ground floor has 2 sash windows
with shutters, and a front doorway in a plain pilastered stone frame with
a large segmental fanlight. The lst floor has 3 sash windows in plain reveals,
stone cills and rectangular recessed panels, that over the centre window
having a fluted semi-circular enrichment; between each window is a moulded
and enriched oval paterae. Glazing bars. 6-panel door.
