Public house, at time of listing. Late C18. Colourwashed brick; old plain-tile roof with brick gable stack. Double-depth plan. Two storeys plus attics. Two-window front, with stepped brick plinth, has a segmental arched doorway with canopy, now a window, plus a three-light casement, to left, and a canted bay window to right. At first floor are two segmental-arched three-light casements. All have leaded lights. A lower wing to right has a similar casement at first floor and a glazed C20 porch. Main roof has two roof dormers. Rear is complex and irregular.
