2 houses, now one dwelling. Probably C17, re-modelled early/mid C18.
Colourwashed brick and timber framing with brick infill; old plain-tile roof
with brick stacks. Two 2-unit plans. One storey plus attics. Brick front, with
dentil eaves course, has two entrances with tiled canopies, and 4
segmental-arched 2-light casements; 4 gabled dormers are grouped towards left
end. Roof has 2 ridge stacks and a gable stack to left. Short single-storey
range to left has further entrance and casements. Right gable wall of main range
has a stable door and a rectangular bay window on brackets. Rear wall of left
house is fully timber-framed; rear wall of right house has first-floor framing.
