Barn. Early C17. Uncoursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins, dressings and
random blocks: weatherboarding over timber frame to bays on left. Gabled thatch
roof. 4-bay plan with threshing floor in second bay from right. C20 plank doors
with old strap hinges: timber lintel over rear doors. Splayed ventilation slits.
Interior: 4-bay collar-truss roof with purlins clasped between principals of
slight scantling and canted under-principals: braced and jowled posts to
timber-framed section on left.
