c.1830 stucco-faced corner building. 3-storey with hipped low pitched slate
eaves roof. Fine deep coved eaves with large acanthus embellishment. Chamfered
quoins. 2-window range to east front, 3 windows to north. Moulded architrave
surrounds and coved sills. Blank windows to south side of east front and east
side of north front. Glazing bar sash windows to upper floors. North side
ground floor modern windows, BALLARD in deep incised lettering over. East side
modern shopfront with matching lettering between 2 C19 moulded console brackets.
