Earlier C19 stucco-fronted building, possibly on earlier core. 3-storey with
modern tile eaves roof. Plain band between first and second floors. 2-window
range of C19 sashes. Small C19 shopfront. A rubble stone steep gabled end
wall, later heightened, is visible from roof space of No 19.
